The Renault 5 Turbo or R5 Turbo is a high-performance hatchback automobile that was produced by the French manufacturer Renault in the early 1980s. The car was designed for rallying, but was also sold in road-going guise. The first 400 production 5 Turbos was made to comply with Group 4 homologation. A second version, named Turbo 2, was introduced using stock Renault 5 parts replacing many of light alloy components in the original 5 Turbo version. The original 5 Turbo was in retrospect called "Turbo 1". The Turbo 2 was less expensive, but had nearly the same levels of performance.
The replica was purchased as a kit and built and painted by me.

Renault 4CV & 4L

The 4CV was originally conceived and designed covertly by Renault engineers during the German occupation of France during World War II, when the manufacturer was under strict orders to design and produce only commercial and military vehicles. A design team led by Fernand Picard, Charles-Edmond Serre and Jean-Auguste Riolfo envisioned a small, economical car (similar to the Volkswagen Beetle) suitable for the difficult years which would inevitably follow the war. The first prototype was completed in 1942 and two more prototypes were produced in the following three years, with the 4CV ultimately presented to the public and media at the 1946 Paris Motor Show.
The replica was bought as a kit. It was put together and painted by me.

The Renault 4L was a hatchback economy car produced by the French automaker Renault between 1961 and 1994. It was the first front-wheel drive family car produced by Renault.
The car was launched at a time when several decades of economic stagnation were giving way to growing prosperity and surging car ownership in France. With the first million cars produced in 1966, less than four and a half years after launch, it was a commercial success for Renault because of the timing of its introduction and the merits if its design: it was exceptionally spacious for its size, and is one of several models that pioneered the hatchback revolution which the European motor industry underwent during the 1960s and 1970s.

Megaklasyk - Citroen DS19

Citroen DS produkowany był przez 20 lat (1955 - 1975). DS19 jest pierwszym z wielu modeli linii, która zaszokowała świat i zrewolucjonizowała spojrzenie na motoryzację. Najbardziej przełomowe okazało sie hydropneumatyczne zawieszenie, które już wtedy pozwalało na regulację prześwitu pod samochodem. W pózniejszych modelach zastosowano również światła, których strumień skręcał wraz z ruchem kierownicą. Obecnie rozwiazania te mają zastosowanie w topowych modelach różnych producentów, ale 50 lat temu były rewolucją. Model, wykonany przez Hellera jako zestaw do samodzielnego montażu, został zrobiony bez żadnych modyfikacji.

Dwie odsłony Citroena C11

To były czasy. Piękne klasyki motoryzacji wyjeżdzały prosto z salonu pachnące nowością. Co do modeli to pierwszy jest moją własną wariacją na temat C11. Model zakupiłem jako zestaw do sklejania firmy Heller w wersji osobowej i przerobiłem go na pick up. Drugi model pochodzi z gazetowej serii Taksówki Świata i, o dziwo, dostępny był jako jeden z sześciu w Polsce.

To jest dopiero klasyka: Citroen 2CV

O samochodzie pisać poprostu nie wypada. Wszelkie słowa są zbyteczne. Jeśli chodzi o modele to nowsza wersja (pierwsze zdjęcia) pochodzi z gazetowej serii Del Prado. Wykonany jest przyzwoicie, bez większych błędów, choć i bez nadmiaru detali. Drugi to model do sklejania firmy Heller. Jakość pozostawiam do oceny czytelników.
